Holdson Acquisition Announcement
ACQUISITION ANNOUNCEMENT
On the 30th of November 2025 Let’s Play Games acquired 90% of the shares of Holdson Limited, with the remaining 10% retained by Managing Director Fleur Tisdale.
Fleur and the entire Holdson staff will remain in their current roles, and the business will continue to operate under the brand name Holdson; out of the New Zealand based office, warehouse and manufacturing facility.
