New Zealand Shipping

All orders over $100 receive FREE shipping, otherwise our standard delivery charge is $7.50 (inclusive of GST) per order nationwide.

If you are Auckland based, you can choose to pick up your order direct from our factory. Please select the ‘Pick Up’ option at the checkout. Ensure you provide your current email address as we will email you when your order is ready for collection.

Overseas Shipping

We do ship overseas. Freight charges are based on the weight of the order and country of delivery.

Payment

We use a third party (Stripe) who specialise in online card payments. Privacy and online safety are important. Stripe are committed to data security using a variety of procedures and technologies to help protect your personal information.

Through Stripe, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

Internet banking is not available.

Returns

At Holdson we are committed to selling high-quality products. We acknowledge that sometimes a product may have a fault. Please email (admin@holdson.co.nz) or phone our customer services team (0800 80 1939) and explain the fault as we may be able to offer assistance.
